Champaign, ILL.– Illinois announced two sellouts on the first day of men's basketball single-game ticket sales, with both the Arizona (Dec. 11) and Michigan (Jan. 14) games reaching State Farm Center capacity of 15,544.
Illinois is approaching a sellout for two additional games, with less than 400 tickets remaining for Friday's 7 p.m. exhibition contest vs. Indiana (Pa.), and less than 900 tickets remaining for Senior Night vs. Iowa (March 6).
Fans are encouraged to arrive early on Friday evening and be in their seats well ahead of tipoff, as Illinois will hold a pregame ceremony beginning at approximately 6:40 p.m. Returning members of the program who won the 2021 Big Ten Tournament title and led the conference in wins will be introduced and presented rings on the court, and the team also will raise its championship banner to the State Farm Center rafters.
State Farm Center doors open to the general public 60 minutes prior to game time, and 90 minutes prior at the east premium entrance and student entrance.
For those not in attendance, the pregame ceremony will also be streamed live on FightingIllini.com.
Tickets continue to move fast for other home games as well. Illini fans currently have the opportunity through Nov. 7 to take advantage of a Daylight SAVINGS promotion, offering reduced prices on 200-level tickets for the Notre Dame (Nov. 29) game at $25 apiece and the UT Rio Grande Valley (Nov. 26) game at just $10 each.
There are also two Family 4 pack offers, with four tickets to the Purdue (Jan. 17) game for $99, and four tickets to the Florida A&M (Dec. 29) game for only $49.
