A supermarket in Ocean County sold a second-prize New Jersey Lottery Cash4Life ticket worth $1,000 a week for the winner’s life.

The lucky ticket for Sunday’s drawing was bought at ShopRite on North County Line in Jackson, New Jersey Lottery officials said. It matched five numbers but not the Cash Ball.

Sunday’s winning numbers were 9, 13, 30, 36 and 40. The Cash Ball was: 4.

The winner also can choose a lump sum of $1 million instead of spacing out the payments.

It’s the second $1,000 a week Cash4Life ticket sold in the state in less than a month. One was bought at Stop & Shop on Bridge Avenue in Point Pleasant Borough for the Sept. 27 drawing.

The odds of a $2 ticket matching all the winning numbers and winning the top prize of $1,000 a day for life (or the cash option of $7 million) are 21,846,048 to 1. It’s a 1 in 7,282,016 shot to win the second prize.

Cash4Life tickets are sold in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Tennessee and Virginia.
