CLEVELAND, Ohio — Of the ten homes that sold in Cuyahoga County in September, seven sold for more than $1 million, according to property records released last week and analyzed by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer.
A Pepper Pike mansion marketed as a $2.65 million home was the most expensive home sold in the county, though not for as much as the seller initially wanted. The 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home on Fairmount Boulevard sold for $2.2 million last month after being on the market since May.
