Dollar Tree has leased 11,192 square feet of space in the former Fairhope Market at 101 S. Greeno Road in Fairhope, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Jonathan Rudolph of Rudolph Development Group worked for the tenant. Dollar Tree will relocate from its current store adjacent to Winn-Dixie off Greeno Road in Fairhope.
Direct Furniture has leased 6,900-square-feet of warehouse space at 100 N. Ala. 59 in Summerdale, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling Properties, who handled the transaction.
A Popsicle manufacturing facility is expected to locate in a 130,000-square-foot building at 3107 Halls Mill Road in Mobile, according to the Mobile Planning Commission. FGP Manufacturing plans to renovate the building and operate an ice manufacturing plant for Popsicle and other frozen novelties at the 13.8 site.
Kenilworth Media has leased 1,730 square feet of office space at 750 Commerce Drive in Gulf Shores, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling Properties.
La Nortena Mexican restaurant and grocery store has leased 4,800 square feet of space in the Food Giant Shopping Center at 169 Porter Ave., in Biloxi, MS., according to Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties. The restaurant and store should open in the second quarter of this year.
