CLEVELAND, Ohio — Eight Cuyahoga County homes sold for more than $1 million in December, including a $2.5 million home in Westlake.
Westlake had a flurry of activity in December, with half of the homes sold for more than $1 million in the county being sold in the city.
The other four homes sold for at least $1 million are in Hunting Valley, Lakewood, Pepper Pike and Rocky River.
The $2.5 million Westlake purchase was located in a cul-de-sac near Porter Creek and between the Avon Oaks Country Club and Lakewood Country Club.
The multi-story, single-family colonial home sits on a 1.23-acre lot. Built in 1998, the home includes six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, four of which are half baths. The home also has a four-car attached garage and four fireplaces.
Seven of the properties that sold for at least $1 million in December were single-family homes. The other property was a condo sold in Westlake.

8. 17642 Edgewater Drive, Lakewood - $1,000,000
