Concrete Building Systems in Delmar has been sold.
The precast concrete manufacturing company currently serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia,
Concrete Business System produces structural precast concrete products that are used to build parking garages, industrial plants, warehouses, commercial buildings, condominiums, prison facilities, stadiums, auditoriums, and short span bridges.
The sale included a 7,365 square foot office/warehouse, situated on 10-plus acres, as well as the operating business.
No sales price was disclosed.
PSVN | Miller, Salisbury, MD, worked with Young American Capital, which represented the buyer, Parker Block, a division of Ernest Maier, Inc. The company will continue operations.
Handling the transaction were Brent Miller CCIM, CPM and Andy Ball, Advisors with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate.
