A three-building light industrial portfolio in South Jersey has been sold, according to real estate firm WCRE.
The firm said in a news release that it exclusively represented Davis Enterprises in the sale of the properties, which total 128,000 square feet, to Wharton Equity Partners.
The three properties include:
- 2091 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill, 72,000 square feet;
- 65-67 Old Kings Highway, Maple Shade, 34,000 square feet;
- 77 Old Kings Highway, Maple Shade, 22,000 square feet.
At the time of the sale, the portfolio was 96% leased to 11 tenants.
WCRE was the sole broker in the transaction, with Sean Kelly, senior adviser, exclusively representing both parties. It has been retrained to exclusively market the flex/warehouse properties, as well.
