CLEVELAND, Ohio — Ten Cuyahoga County homes sold for at least $1.1 million in September, including the highest sale in Cuyahoga County since 2018, a $7 million home in Lakewood.
Cities with multiple home sales of at least $1.1 million were Hunting Valley, Shaker Heights, and Solon, with two each.
The other homes topping $1.1 million were in Beachwood, Brecksville, and Pepper Pike. These listings join a larger list of 13 homes that sold for $1 million or more in September.
The $7 million Lakewood purchase was a two-story colonial that sits on a 2.58-acre lot atop a cliff overlooking Lake Erie on Edgewater Drive. County records say the home has five bedrooms and four baths, though the listing said seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
