A DEAL TO SELL THE PROPERTY TO THE CITY FELL APART IN 2016. AT THAT TIME, BARBARA POMA WAS THE FACE AND THE MAIN FUNDRAISER OF THE ONE PULSE FOUNDATION. SHE HAS ALSO SPEARHEADED PLANS FOR THE MEMORIAL TO BE BUILT AT THAT SITE. NOW, POMA LEFT THE FOUNDATION EARLIER THIS YEAR IN APRIL.
