The owners of the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort and Conference Center have put the resort up for auction.
Listed by Hostetter Auctions, the auction includes more than 345 acres of property, both golf courses, the 48,000-square foot clubhouse and banquet facility, the restaurant, spa, and land for development. The sale is scheduled for noon on July 25th.
