CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) - Cincinnati’s housing market is showing no signs of slowing down its hot streak as the year approaches the halfway point.
Home sales in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties surged more than 20% in May from April to 1,676. The median sales price for a home sold during May also shot up 6.68%, reaching $299,000. That’s 7.9% higher than May 2022.
At the top of the market, only one home sold for $3 million or more in May.
