Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Midwood, Mill Basin, Cobble Hill and Park Slope. How did they fare?
First up, this roomy true two-bedroom apartment in Midwood is in seemingly excellent condition, with period details intact like parquet floors, decorative plaster arches and a built-in niche in the foyer. This former Co-op of the Day still available for a new price of $399,000, a price cut of $51,000.
Next, a semi-attached early 20th century single-family house in Old Mill Basin features a front garden, driveway and picture window facing the street. This former House of the Day is still available for a new price of $675,000, a price cut of $24,000.
In Cobble Hill, this brick Greek Revival townhouse has three units and some original features as well as updates. The original details include tall parlor floor windows with ear moldings and wide-plank floor boards in the hallway and upper stories. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $2.725 million, which was $25,000 under ask.
Finally, given a high-end renovation and restoration in 2011, this neo-Renaissance limestone row house is testing the market for a single-family home with impressive original details and modern updates in the Park Slope Historic District. This former House of the Day is still available at its original ask of $6 million.
