MITCHELL, Neb. The Quivey Bed and Breakfast has sold after four days on the market.
A gentlemen and his wife purchased the home for $300,000.
At this time, we do not have their names.
The bed and breakfast will be turned into a home.
The original property offers six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a dining room, basement, living room and library.
Owners Amy and Shane Reinpold first put it up on the market because of their health complications making it too hard to own at this time.
Shane is happy to see that it sold.
“I’m happy and I’m glad that it sold,” said Shane. “I am glad that someone is going to keep it a home. He is going to keep it nice and fixed up.”
The Reinpold’s next step is moving into the country.
Their last day in the household is July 1st.
