Antique dealer Bill Bacon spoke to the Camden News about plans for the merchandise left in his building and what he hopes will happen to the location in the future.
Last week construction equipment tore out the back part of the building, but many of the items Bacon has gathered over the year are still in the building.
“It’s still there. We are working with the city. If they permit me I’m going to have a month long or six week sale yo try and clear out the building,” Bacon said.
Bacon also said he would be willing to sale the building if someone were willing to purchase it. He also said that if the building were demolished a small park could be constructed in that area.
