Homes in New Jersey continue to sell at a rapid rate despite rising prices, according to the latest data from Realtor.com.
In Passaic County, homes that were newly listed sold within a median time of 25 days in July. Four other counties had homes sell within a median time of 30 days or less. Homes listed in Cape May County took the longest to sell at a median time of 56 days.
Statewide, homes sold within a median time of 36 days of hitting the market in July, an increase of three days compared to June. Nationwide, they sold within 45 days.
