A pair of commercial properties in Greenwich and Darien have been sold in two separate transactions for $13.6 million, according to officials with the real estate firm that brokered the transaction.
The properties that were sold are 39 Lewis St. in Greenwich, which is a mixed use property in the community's central business district, and 23 Old Kings Highway in Darien, which is a boutique office building. The Greenwich property sold for $9.3 million and the buyer of the Darien building paid $4.3 million.
The properties were sold to two separate buyers, according to representatives of CBRE's Institutional Properties division. The identity of the buyers and the seller were immediately identified.
The 17,081 square foot Lewis Street building is located less than one block from Greenwich Avenue. The Darien building is 25,713 square foot building is close to the Metro North rail line and Interstate 95.
